Collection and use of your personal data

The company Programisto, based at 13 rue Bolivar 33300 Bordeaux, complies with the French law “Informatique et Libertés” n°78 of January 6, 1978 modified, as well as the Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016.

As a Data Controller within the meaning of the Loi ” Informatique et Libertés”, Programisto is responsible for the personal data it collects.

In accordance with the provisions of the French law on “Information Technology and Civil Liberties”, you are informed that Programisto SASU carries out automated processing of your personal data, in particular when you connect to our web application or as part of the online forms filled in by you.

Programisto collects the following personal data: full name, IP address, phone number, user-agent. The IP address as well as the user-agent are recorded in order to detect and remove spam. The phone number (if provided by the user at the time of registration) will be used by Programisto to establish commercial contact with the customer.

Your personal data will only be shared with third parties for analysis purposes and will not be processed, sold or reused for commercial purposes under any circumstances.

Your personal data are only kept for the purpose of the proper functioning of the service and are deleted as soon as possible, namely when the processing of the request is completed.

Access to your data

In accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR, if you have an account or have left comments on the site, you may request via our contact address ([email protected]) to receive a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including that which you have provided to us. You may also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not take into account data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Correcting your data

In accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR, you may exercise a right to rectify data about you. Most of this data (name and surname for example) can be modified directly via your profile in the application. Limit of liability

In accordance with Programisto’s Terms of Use, you are entirely responsible for what you upload or otherwise share while using the Programisto site. Programisto will make every effort to ensure that user content and data are not lost or corrupted.

Misuse and Protection of Persons

Programisto allows you to upload files, which will be stored in the Programisto database. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you also agree that you are solely responsible for the information you upload. You also agree not to upload any material to Programisto that may be harmful to another person. If you feel that a document should be deleted, please write to [email protected] specifying your first and last name, the name of the file in question, and any information relating to it.

Cookies

What are “Cookies”

A cookie is a text file that records information about your Internet browsing. This file placed on the occasion of a consultation, by the server site, on the user’s hard disk, cannot contain viruses or be executed. It is not active. Moreover, you can read it, destroy it or modify it. A cookie cannot be used to retrieve personal data from your hard drive, read your email address or obtain personal information.

If you leave a comment on our site, you will be offered to save your name, email address and website in cookies. This is only for your convenience so that you do not have to enter this information if you leave another comment later. These cookies expire after one year.

If you go to the login page, a temporary cookie will be created to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser. When you log in, we will set a number of cookies to store your login information and screen preferences.

The lifetime of a login cookie is two days, the lifetime of a screen option cookie is one year. If you check “Remember Me,” your login cookie will be retained for one year.

If you opt out, your login cookie will be retained for one year.

If you log out of your account, the login cookie will be deleted. By editing or publishing a post, an additional cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie does not include any personal data. It expires after one day.
